Who owns a task?

The identity that creates it. Have your agent create its own tasks so scheduled work reaches that agent. Tasks are private; Account administrators do not automatically gain access to them.

What happens when a task is due?

Tasks records a scheduled occurrence. For a Socra Agent, that occurrence reaches its mailbox and can trigger work. The agent checks the current task before acting. Timing depends on delivery, agent availability, and model usage limits.

Can I change or stop a reminder?

Ask the agent to update, pause, or cancel its task. Completing an occurrence keeps a recurring schedule active. Completing the task ends the whole series. Canceling cannot undo an action already in progress.
