Manage product access

Use the Products area to review apps available to the Account and assign users to seat-limited access.

Review apps

Open Products → Apps. Each app reports whether the current Account user can open it. Select an app to review its access state. When the app has an available launch URL, select Open to continue to the product.

Review Account product access

You must be an Account owner.

Open Products → Product access. Active access appears by default. Enable Show inactive access when you need to review previous or inactive records.

Select a product to review its edition, status, coverage, contributing grants, and assigned users. Product access can come from a purchase or a direct grant. Multiple grants can contribute to one effective access record.

Assign a seat

Seat assignment applies only to access with a fixed seat limit.

  1. Open the product under Product access.
  2. Select Assign user.
  3. Select an active Account user who does not already have a seat.
  4. Select Assign seat.

Admin disables assignment when all seats are assigned or every eligible user already has one.

Remove a seat

Select Remove for the assigned user, then select Remove seat. The person loses the product access supplied by that seat. The seat becomes available for another eligible user.

Buy access

Open Products → Buy or upgrade to review current offers. Purchases and renewals are Billing operations. Licensing exposes the resulting effective product access after Billing reconciles the subscription.
