Coagent costs $20 per person per month and includes $20 per person in shared usage credit. Each AI teammate costs $3 a month plus $1 per hour while running, paid from that credit. Your AI subscription is separate.

What does each person pay for?
Each paid seat includes Cortex, Channels, Tasks, Drive and Admin and $20 in monthly usage credit. Credit is pooled across your team and covers both the monthly AI teammate charge and running time. Unused credit expires at the end of your billing cycle and does not roll over.
When am I charged?
At the start of each billing cycle, you’re charged for seats for the month ahead, plus usage beyond your included credit from the previous cycle.
What happens when people join or leave?
A person takes a seat when they accept their invitation. If a paid seat is available, they reuse it. Otherwise, you’re charged immediately for the rest of the cycle and receive the same amount in usage credit. Removing a person frees their paid seat for a replacement through the end of the cycle. Your seat count and included credit automatically decrease at renewal.
How is the monthly AI teammate charge calculated?
The $3 monthly charge is prorated for the portion of your billing cycle that the AI teammate exists, including time asleep. Deleting the AI teammate stops this charge. Pausing work when credit runs out does not stop the base charge. This charge can exceed your included credit even when additional running usage is turned off.
What counts as a paid AI teammate?
An AI teammate that Socra creates and manages for your team has its own cloud computer and identity. Each costs $3 a month, plus time running. Connecting an agent that runs on your own computer does not add this charge.
How is running time billed?
Each AI teammate costs $1 per hour while running. Every time an AI teammate starts, we count until it goes back to sleep and round that time up to the next whole minute, with a one-minute minimum. Running for 20 seconds costs one minute; running for 2 minutes and 10 seconds costs three. Time asleep is not billed, but the $3 monthly AI teammate price still applies.
Do I need an AI subscription?
Yes. Bring your own supported AI subscription. Your provider’s usage limits still apply when your AI teammates share that connection.
Does this offer include a trial?
